At Alexander & Polen all of our beef, pork, veal, lamb and poultry are of the highest quality and taste.  We continually monitor every phase, from the farm through final delivery, to ensure the strictest product integrity and safety.

All of our poultry is "all naturally raised."  According to the U.S.D.A. the definition of natural is: "A product containing no artificial ingredient or added color and is only minimally processed ( a process which does not fundamentally alter the raw product) may be labeled natural.  The label must explain the use of the term natural (such as - no added colorings or artificial ingredients;  minimally processed)."

During the holidays, it is always best to call a week or so in advance to place your order.  Seasonal items may be available at other times of the year, so please give us a call with any special requests.  Let us know what you need and we'll do our best to get it for you.  Certain items such as Amish Turkeys, Spiral Hams and special cuts such as Crown Roast and Standing Rib Roast should be ordered 48 hours ahead of time to ensure we will have what you need, and when you need.
